Shipping

Our Shipping Fee is based on the weight of what is being shipped, and where you live.

We ship using Standard Shipping through the United States Postal Service, unless you specify at checkout.

Orders that are in-stock will be processed within 1-3 business days from receiving. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far you are located. 

All orders ship out of Waxahachie, Texas.

Pickup

You may request to pick your package up during your checkout. Customers can porch pick up at 1026 W Main St, Waxahachie, TX 75165

Customers will receive an email when their package is ready to be picked up, usually within the same day.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed. 

PLEASE double check your shipping address! If a package is returned to us, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. 

**UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR POST OFFICE. IF THE LOST PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE CARRIER REGARDING THE PACKAGE.**
