DISCOVERY - INITIAL CONSULTATION
Our collaboration begins here. We’ll sit down together to explore your ideas, goals, budget, and timeline — and in return, we’ll share what it’s like to work with us, answering your questions along the way. Most importantly, this is our opportunity to get to know you — your style, your priorities, and the way you want to live in your home. Because the better we understand you, the more beautifully we can bring your vision to life.
1-2 weeks after your inquiry
DISCOVERY - INTERIOR DESIGN PROPOSAL & AGREEMENT
Once you’re ready to begin, we’ll develop a design proposal to translate ideas into a thoughtful design plan. This agreement will outline the scope of work, your investment, and the initial design direction.
Sent within 1-2 weeks after the initial consultation
DESIGN PHASE - INITIAL DESIGN PRESENTATION
This is where your vision begins to take shape. First, (if needed) we’ll arrange a brief follow-up visit to take additional pictures and measurements, then we'll prepare and present our first design concept. This presentation will be a curated blend of style, color, and form to ensure we’re perfectly aligned before moving forward. It’s where inspiration meets intention, and will set the foundation for the transformation ahead.
2-3 weeks after execution of the agreement
DESIGN PHASE - FULL DESIGN PRESENTATION
Here, your future home becomes tangible. We will meet to provide you a tactile and visual presentation — with examples of fabrics, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings thoughtfully laid out for you to see, touch, and experience. Together, we’ll refine and confirm each selection until the design feels as if it has always belonged to you. If your project is not a construction project, please skip to step 6.)
3 weeks after we receive initial presentation feedback
DESIGN PHASE - GC MEETING & FINAL PLANS (for construction projects only)
If your project involves construction, we’ll meet at your home with our General Contractor (or the GC of your choice) to finalize selections & pricing, and determine the construction schedule to ensure every detail is pulled together and nothing has been missed. This meeting prepares the GC to proceed with clarity and accuracy.
2 weeks after design presentation
PROJECT EXECUTION & OVERSIGHT
With the plans finalized, we bring your vision to life — managing every detail, every schedule, and every moving part so you don’t have to. Whether it’s a furniture installation or a full remodel, we ensure the process is seamless, stress-free, and handled with care.

PROJECT COMPLETION AND REVEAL
We ensure that all installations and finishing details are completed without a hitch, add any final touches that are necessary, and schedule photography to capture this final milestone. It’s a moment to celebrate — and to see your vision fully realized.
