From managing your project with our trusted network of skilled contractors to working seamlessly alongside your builder, we guide each decision with precision and care. Our process is both graceful and precise, ensuring a seamless journey from vision to reality. Above all, we honor the privilege of being entrusted with your home, safeguarding not only your investment, but also your trust.
THE MULTITUDES HOME PROCESS
INTITIAL CONSULTATION
Our collaboration begins here. We’ll sit down together to explore your ideas, goals, budget, and timeline — and in return, we’ll share what it’s like to work with us, answering your questions along the way. Most importantly, this is our opportunity to get to know you — your style, your priorities, and the way you want to live in your home. Because the better we understand you, the more beautifully we can bring your vision to life.
Scheduled 1–2 weeks out
INTERIOR DESIGN AGREEMENT & FEE
Once you’re ready to begin, we’ll prepare a design agreement outlining the scope, investment, and process. At this stage, a payment of at least fifty percent of the design fee is requested (unless an alternative arrangement has been discussed in advance based on your project’s scope). This allows us to begin immediately, covering the essential early design and administrative work that will set the stage for everything to come.
Sent within 1 week after the consultation
PHOTOS & MEASUREMENTS
Often completed during our Initial Consultation, this step ensures we have precise measurements and detailed photographs to guide the design. If needed, we’ll arrange a brief follow-up visit. These images not only serve as essential references — they also become a delightful “before” to revisit once your transformation is complete.
If needed — within 1 week after executing the contract
INITIAL DESIGN PRESENTATION
This is where your vision begins to take shape. We’ll present our first design concept — a curated blend of style, color, and form — to ensure we’re perfectly aligned before moving forward. It’s where inspiration meets intention, setting the foundation for the transformation ahead.
1–2 weeks after photos & measurements
FULL DESIGN PRESENTATION
Here, your future home becomes tangible. We will meet to provide you a tactile and visual presentation — with examples of fabrics, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings thoughtfully laid out for you to see, touch, and experience. Together, we’ll refine and confirm each selection until the design feels as if it has always belonged to you. (If your project is not a construction project, please skip to step 8.)
3 weeks after we receive initial presentation feedback
SUBCONTRACTOR MEETING (For construction projects only)
If your project involves construction, we’ll meet at your home with all necessary trades to gather precise, down-to-the-penny pricing, ensuring clarity and accuracy from the start.
2 weeks after design presentation
FINAL DESIGN MEETING (For construction projects only)
Once every detail is pulled together for your construction project — final selections, pricing, the construction schedule, and contracts we will meet with you to ensure nothing was missed. Also at this meeting, we’ll set the official start date and process the first construction payment.
3–4 weeks after subcontractor meeting
PROJECT EXECUTION
With the plans finalized, we bring your vision to life — managing every detail, every schedule, and every moving part so you don’t have to. Whether it’s a furniture installation or a full remodel, the process is seamless, stress-free, and handled with care.

THE BIG REVEAL & FINAL PHOTOS
Once your space is complete and you’ve begun to settle in, we’ll schedule a final visit to capture the finished look. It’s a moment to celebrate — and to see your vision fully realized.
